These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and Atmasudh. They apply when you access or use our website, app, audio, written material, subscriptions, and related services.

By using Atmasudh, you confirm that you can enter into this agreement and agree to follow these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must meet the minimum age required to consent to an online service in your country. If you are below that age, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these terms on your behalf and supervise your use.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your sign-in details secure, and all activity that occurs through your account. Please tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

We may ask you to verify account information or take reasonable security steps before restoring access or completing a sensitive request.

Some Atmasudh features may require a paid subscription. Prices, billing periods, trial conditions, and included features will be shown before purchase. Purchases made through an app store or another payment provider are also governed by that provider’s terms.

Unless stated otherwise at purchase, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel through the store or account used to subscribe. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled according to applicable law and the policy of the payment provider.

Atmasudh provides music, meditation, sleep, focus, and mental wellbeing content for general informational and personal-use purposes. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, crisis support, or a substitute for care from a qualified professional.

Listen safely and use your judgement. Do not use content where reduced attention could create risk, including while driving or operating machinery. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact local emergency services or an appropriate qualified professional.

Subject to these terms, Atmasudh gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable permission to access the service and its content for your own non-commercial use.

This permission does not transfer ownership of any music, recording, artwork, text, software, brand, or other material. All rights not expressly granted remain with Atmasudh and its licensors.

You may not copy, record, redistribute, sell, publicly perform, scrape, reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to Atmasudh or its content, except where applicable law expressly permits it.

You must not use the service unlawfully, infringe another person’s rights, upload malicious code, bypass access controls, misrepresent your identity, or disrupt another person’s use.

Atmasudh, its visual identity, original recordings, compositions, interfaces, written material, and other content are protected by intellectual property laws. Some content belongs to musicians, artists, and other partners and is used with permission.

Nothing in these terms permits use of our name, marks, content, or a contributor’s work outside the service without prior written permission from the relevant owner.

Atmasudh may link to or depend on app stores, payment providers, device platforms, and other third-party services. We do not control their availability, content, security, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

We may improve, add, change, suspend, or discontinue features or content. We aim to keep Atmasudh available and dependable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent access to every feature or recording.

Where practical, we will provide reasonable notice of a material change that significantly affects a paid service.

You may stop using Atmasudh at any time. We may restrict or end access if you materially or repeatedly breach these terms, create risk or harm, fail to pay applicable charges, or if we are required to do so by law.

Provisions concerning ownership, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and any obligations that by their nature should continue will survive termination.

Atmasudh is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Individual responses to music and meditation differ, and we do not promise a particular outcome, improvement, or result.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atmasudh is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded or limits your mandatory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in India, without limiting any mandatory rights you may have under the laws where you live. Before beginning formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us so we can try to resolve the concern directly.

We may update these terms as Atmasudh develops or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised terms, update the effective date, and provide additional notice where a material change requires it. Continuing to use the service after the revised terms take effect means the revised terms apply.
