JUNE 2026 · THE QUESTION
Could music help more people find a calmer, more positive state of mind?
The first spark was to gather meaningful music in one place—somewhere people could return whenever they needed quiet, clarity, or encouragement.

ABOUT ATMASUDH
Atmasudh began with a personal experience: music could change the quality of a solitary moment and gently guide the mind toward calmer, more positive thoughts.
HOW IT BEGAN
From listening alone to creating something others could carry with them.
Our founder had always been drawn to music, especially in moments spent alone. Listening seemed to open another world—one where the mind felt lighter, quieter, and more positive.
That experience led to a simple question: if music can help the mind feel calm and steady, why not bring meaningful music together in one thoughtful place?

LEARNING TO THINK POSITIVELY
Through years of spiritual learning from his guru, Param Pujya Mahant Swami Maharaj of BAPS, our founder came to understand that releasing unnecessary thoughts can reveal a direction we may never have imagined. Together with meditation, this teaching gave Atmasudh a clearer purpose: to use sound as a gentle way toward a calmer, more positive mind.
FROM THOUGHT TO ACTION
Atmasudh did not begin as a business plan. It began as a question, then found its direction.

11 AUGUST 2026 · THE DECISION
The idea took the shape of an app uniting music and meditation. From that day, the work became real: speaking with musicians, developing original sound, and building a place for the practice to live.
